My passion for construction started early on my family’s dairy farm, where there was always a project to build or repair. That hands-on experience led me to take Building Construction courses in high school and later earn a Construction Management degree. While in college, I worked full time as a carpenter and also supported the Construction Management program as a Teacher’s Assistant and tutor.

After graduation, I began my career in commercial construction in the DFW area, starting as an Assistant Superintendent and eventually becoming the youngest Superintendent at the company. Over eight years, I worked on a wide range of complex projects before moving to Granbury and returning to residential construction.

What I enjoy most about being a Project Manager is combining construction knowledge with working with people. I like the challenge of figuring out how things come together and the opportunity to collaborate with trade partners, architects, and clients to bring a project to life.

I believe strong project management comes down to understanding how a project should be built and clearly communicating the how, why, and when to everyone involved. At All Over Solutions, I appreciate the variety each day brings and the opportunity to keep learning while doing what I enjoy most—building and working with people.

Some of my most memorable projects include erecting the second five-story, single-panel tilt-wall building in Texas, along with private schools, country clubs, and office buildings with complex finishes that required detailed coordination.

Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor projects, woodworking, cooking steaks on the weekends, spending time with my wife on the front porch with coffee, staying in God’s Word, and being with family.
