WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT DESIGN TIMELINE?

During our design process at AOS, we first begin with a ‘Meet & Greet’—a brief meeting at our office (or phone call) to get to know more about you and your project, we will then follow up that meeting via email with a Design Proposal—which will include your design price and an approximate timeline, your timeline will go into effect after written approval and receipt of deposit.

WHAT IS YOUR COST PER SQUARE FOOT TO BUILD?

HOW DO I GET PRE-APPROVED? LENDER SUGGESTIONS?
