We want to get to know you and what you need. Let’s dive into crafting your dream
home or commercial building! Share your wants and needs—we’ll discuss ideas, location, family requirements,
size, and budget.
2. Ideas, sketches, & Square Footage

Share whatever inspires you! From Pinterest pics to room counts, square footage,
favorite house photos, or even a quick sketch on a napkin – we’re all ears.
3. BALLPARK Preliminary Proposal
Once we have all your ideas and requirements, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate for the
project. Just remember, this is an initial estimate and may change once we enter
the bidding stage.
(2 – 6 Months)
4. Pre-Construction
This is a very important phase in your project. We’ll work closely with you to design your
plans and handle tasks like permits, utility coordination, engineering, site preparation,
and bidding. We will do document prep & feasibility study to make sure all the pieces come together to make your project a success! We will really get to know each other during this phase! This phase lays the groundwork for your upcoming build.
(6– 18 Months)
5. Build!
It’s finally time to build! We’ll be with you every step of the way, guiding you for a smooth
and enjoyable experience. Let’s bring your vision to life.
